Ally Condie writes everything from picture books for children to murder mysteries for adults. She is the author of the #1 New York Times bestselling Matched trilogy, which has been published in 30+ languages around the world, Summerlost (an Edgar Award Finalist for Best Juvenile Mystery), and the recent novel The Only Girl in Town, among other works. She holds an MFA in Writing for Children and Young Adults from the Vermont College of Fine Arts and is the founder and director of the non-profit WriteOut Foundation. She lives with her family outside of Salt Lake City, Utah.
