Cindy King is the author of Zoonotic (2022), Lesser Birds of Paradise (2022), and Easy Street (2021). Her chapbook, OhioChic, will be published in 2024. Her poems have appeared in The Sun, New England Review, The Threepenny Review, Prairie Schooner, Denver Quarterly, Cincinnati Review, and elsewhere. She has received fellowships and scholarships from the Fine Arts Work Center, Tin House Summer Workshop, Sewanee Writers’ Conference, and Colgate University. In 2022, she served as a featured Festival Poet at the Geraldine R. Dodge Poetry Festival. Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Cindy is currently an associate professor of creative writing at Utah Tech University.
