Sunni Brown Wilkinson's newest book, Rodeo, was selected by Patricia Smith as winner of the 2024 Donald Justice Poetry Prize and was longlisted for the PEN Voelcker Award in Poetry. Other books are The Marriage of the Moon and the Field and the chapbook The Ache & The Wing . Sunni is currently the poet laureate of Ogden, Utah. She teaches at Weber State University and lives in northern Utah with her husband and three sons.
